I had a wonderful experience. Making the appointment was easy. Drop off was easy. I was notified of all of my vehicles issues soon after drop off and the repairs were done in the allotted time. I tracked everything through the website. My only complaint was all of the car salesman circulating like buzzards and knowing I was the dead carcass they wanted to devour.

Truth be told, I have purposely avoided Toyota of Greenville for years after multiple bad experiences w the service dept. I was there this time for a safety recall. I had also pushed this off for years. Service Mgr Gwen won me over with her straight forward, truthful assessments. She was also able to drive my manual Corolla - Big plus here! She maintained contact and awareness of my time. I expected to be 2 hrs but was 4. Due to her caring attentiveness, I returned the next day for a complete brake job, oil change and new wipers. She was true to her word and a joy to work with. My car drives great so kudos to the service tech as well. It is evident the positive changes made at Toyota of Greenville since my last encounter years ago. I look forward to returning again for the next maintenance events for my multiple Toyotas. A very pleased customer.

The service technician, Jesse, was very good about keeping in touch with me by phone and text, letting me know about the progress of my repairs and patiently explaining my options. He also dealt with the parts supplier, as the first engine they sent was defective and another one had to be negotiated. All of this was seamless to me.

This didn’t feel like the same place! The employees were great but had to wait over 2 hours for an oil change! I don’t care for the policy with asking to look at something minor and you charge 179.95 to look at it! My service writer was great but I can’t say much for the rest! Getting too big and not a warm feeling like my first visit years ago!

Work was performed as requested. Happy with the tech advisor, Gwen. I had to go check on status of work as the link to check stays was never updated. I was quoted new tires, however at 4 mil of tread left I do not need new tires. I generally purchase my Michelin tires at a tire dealer I have been very happy with. In Summary, Toyota of Greenville performed all the required work an I was pleased with it.
