Do not take your car to this collision shop. I've been waiting over a year for the to get one simple part. Who ever is assigned to will never follow up with you. Then if they do happen to get the part in. For the record year later has not come in. They tell you expect months on turn around. Stay away from this collision shop. At this point macco could have done a better job and repainted to car the wrong color 3 times over. Avoid this place at all cost.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We have rejected our vehicle repair 4 times now. 3 times I have taken off work only to arrive and find parts billed to the insurance company not replaced. Found parts broken during installation. Rubbing compounds is everywhere on vehicle. "We don't have a person to wash" was the response. They have repainted our hood 3 times. Total time they have had our vehicle for a 5k repair is over 3 months. "Forgot" to put emblems back on. "I'm ashamed" was the phrase the service coordinator used. DO NOT GO HERE
