Went in to diagnose a front end pop that other shops couldn't seem to pinpoint and an oil change. Sales tech said tire rotation is another $20. Ok great. Run it. Diagnosis is $150. Recieved a call stating there was an oil leak and it was going to be another $150 to exactly figure out where the leak was coming from. What is the original $150 for? No thank you. Went to pick up my vehicle and no oil change was done or tire rotation. Cashier gave me a price for the oil change and said tire rotation is an extra $10 with an oil change. So which is it? $10 or $20. Doesn't matter you forgot to do it anyways. Front end pop was fixed but a local shop did the same thing and the noise came back. I'd rather go to a local shop who doesn't charge $150 to diagnose a problem.

I was dreading shopping for a new vehicle, I thought I would be dealing with pushy people. My experience here was very relaxed. There are 2 ford dealerships closer to me, but I will make the trip to these folks for any future vehicle needs.

I was dreading shopping for a new vehicle, I thought I would be dealing with pushy people. My experience here was very relaxed. There are 2 ford dealerships closer to me, but I will make the trip to these folks for any future vehicle needs.

I was in to get an oil change with my work truck. I needed some replacement parts for my tailgate some the parts manager came over to see what it was going to need. She ordered the replacement parts and called when they came in. I work 75 hours a week and have little time to work on the truck so I took everything apart to replace what was needed. Well needless to say she ordered the wrong parts. I went up to return the part that was ordered wrong and was told they can’t return it because I don’t have the box. Very disappointed in the customer service!!!
