This Dealership always is professional and very kind. I had my vehicle in for a transmission repair and was expecting a full replacement which would have been thousands of dollars. After the factory train technician Steve Gibbs looked at it was able to repair it at very fair price. My Service guy Damon Chero was very attentive and kept me informed the entire time. I have a 2007 Cadillac XLR and I’ve been bringing it to Tom Bell for all my Service needs.The service manager Daniel Burrus and his team have been great in helping me all my issues. On my most recent visit I had a check engine light come on after having an oil change done somewhere else which I’ll never do again.
