I guess coming here 10 years says it all of how happy I am when I need a good mechanic but it’s also because Johan and Chris are my service representatives and these guys think outside the box and go out of their way to help me with any car issue I have.

Do not get an oil change here. The service technician failed to tighten the drain plug, and they delivered the vehicle. The next day while having tires put on, the outside service techs called me to say there was quite a bit of oil loss due to this loose plug. The car is just over a year old, and this service department could have very well blown our motor. I will give them a chance to make this right, so I will update based on their response. EDIT: I bumped this up to a two star review based on Jahan’s customer service only. He handled everything perfectly. But then I had to drop it a star because all the boss could offer was a future free oil change… at the place that just made a careless mistake that could have cost me dearly. If he wanted to give me a free oil change, just refund the last oil change to the card. 🤦‍♂️
