I went in with a 945 appointment to get my headlights adjusted, and at 11:45 he came out to me and said your car will be put in next..are you kidding me almost 2 house of setting there and it hasn't even been looked at, when I had a appointment. I told them it is not right how they get us there to just set and have nothing done.. so I left and took my business elsewhere. Also we have 3 cars we always went there for oil change, but no more they almost Doubled the price. So we go else were for that to. I guess they don't care to loose a good customer. How many other people have they lost due to not caring about there customers?

It's says quick lube on the door. I made my appointment for 8:30am for just an oil change nothing more, i pulled in at 8:25am went to the waiting room and I was there an hour and a half before I finally got up to find someone to check on the progress of the standard oil change. They called someone to check and they said oh its done 🤨 who knows how much longer I would have sat there if I didn't go find someone and ask. Needless to say there was NOTHING QUICK about this oil change. I won't be back.

Service department ran much smoother when they had Carson working there. I took my car in today to get an oil change and my tires rotated. Waited over an hour and realized my car was sitting in the back lot. I go in to ask when it'll be done or if it's done and the woman tells me to go ask at the oil change part even though I took it into the service bay because she said it would be faster on the phone. I go to walk over there and see my keys at the end of the desk by her. My car had been done for who knows how long. I heard another girl tell someone on the phone that Carson didn't work there any longer. Hopefully they can find some better help.

I needed an oil change and at other places you have to make an appt. I went to Todd Wenzel, Dylan and Ronan were very helpful and they treated me with respect They fixed my chip on windshield and I had an oil change. I definitely will be back at this dealership. Thank you Dylan and Ronan.

Absolutely, without a doubt would recommend the service dept at Todd Wenzel to anyone!! In my case, I would ask anyone to talk with Jerry Willis in the Service Dept. My truck was at the dealership last week, when the hail storm demolished pretty much every vehicle on the lot. Without getting into all the details in regards to my truck, like I said ask for Jerry (he's a stand up, good fella) you'll be glad that you did!!
