Honestly this collision center is a joke, i was t-boned in February 2023 and decided to take my car here because the people that work in the actual dealership are very helpful. In the collision center they are not. Over the course of a year I've taken my terrain back 5 times! Because they can't properly fix it. My passenger door is still unaligned and leaks, my "new" fender is on my car but bent, they were supposed to replace my tire because they were scuffed and didn't but charge my insurance for that and twice they returned my car and damaged it further they scratched my back passenger door and i noticed and they scratched my passenger door handle after fixing like i wouldn't notice. They were supposed to fix this but refused to get ahold of me.

I would like to thank Harley for all her help with my situation with my car insurance. She really went above and beyond and made the process a lot easier to handle. My insurance company was a great pain in the butt, but she helped get the job done. I could not have asked for a better person to help along this painful journey. I have never had to file a claim for damage and she was a tremendous help dealing with the insurance so I did not have to. She goes above and beyond to make sure you know what is going on at all times. Highly recommend Harley!!

Had a great experience with Todd Wenzel Collision! Hit a deer in my truck and needed significant front end work. They were able to get me in sooner than anybody else around and did great work. Parts were sourced quickly and the team did a great job. Truck looks brand new! Customer service was also great. Harley did all she could to keep me updated and be sure I was happy with my experience as well as secure me a loaner vehicle while mine was being worked on. If you need any work done I would definitely recommend. They truly care about their customers.
