I read the reviews for Todd’s Paint and Body and had mixed reviews about their service. So I went there cause my insurance suggested them and those people who said that lil old lady was rude and pretty disrespectful was telling the truth. They may do good work, but I didn’t get to that point cause how unprofessional she was. Although the elder man was trying to explain some thing to me but damage was done. Want to keep my truck until June cause they has so much work and they was out sourcing the work. How you come to that conclusion and nobody has laid eyes on my truck yet.

I called in about looking into and estimate and whoever the lady was, was incredibly rude and sounded like she hated her job. I didn't get to ask any questions and just said I don't care if you have a code, if you this or that. Completely turned me off of the idea of trusting this shop. Completely unprofessional

Absolutely amazing experience. Their estimate was $1000 lower than what insurance was willing to pay. Job done $5 under estimated price. Such kind and genuine folks! Will def go back if needed and will certainly refer others. My car looks amazing and was done in said amount of time. Couldn't ask for a better shop!! Heads up they stay booked, so u will need to book in advance!! :)

Excellent customer service!! Hands down excellent communication, almost to the point of over-communication but not quite lol. The only reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is because when I got my truck back one of my tail lights was not reconnected. Also there is a place that is between the bed and the cab of the truck that is only covered with primer and another that is bare metal. So far I am completely satisfied with my decision to use Todd’s and will definitely use them again. We are all human and no one is perfect, the repair they were able to pull off with the quality of results they had, is in no way a small feat and for them to miss something as small as this, that is hidden between the cab and bed, is completely forgivable. They were very quick to volunteer to repair the tail light, but I decided to repair it myself since it was literally a 2 minute fix, that would have cost more in my time to return to them, than doing the work myself. As of my time of writing this review, I have not informed them of the issue with the missing paint and I plan to do so ASAP, and will update this review as soon as I have completed the process of getting it resolved. I have complete confidence that it will be resolved with a great attitude, and apologies for the oversight. 😊😊😊
