Ethan at the Papillion location was beyond outstanding. I appreciate it transparency and calm demeanor. It made my experience so pleasant and I really appreciate that. Ethan kept me updated on how things were going and the technician Tyler was amazing. They both educated , explained and gave me information on what would be needed soon and I appreciate that. Things are expensive now days and the transparency and giving me the option to figure out what I am able to get done was so refreshing. Thank you very much .I will return.

The staff here are so nice and helpful! I appreciated the transparency when it came to cost; there were no hidden fees or extra services performed on my car without my knowledge. They were able to schedule me within 24-hours and I knew exactly how much the price was going to be before any work was done. They encouraged me to call around and compare prices and didn't pressure me. They also did a full diagnostic test on my car and emailed me the results, so I left with peace of mind knowing any issues were taken care of. The staff are friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I will definitely use this service again in the future!

If You need Your car to run right they have the best mechanics in town . they are young guys but they know there business. If You watch there specials they will cut You good deals tires mechanics the whole nine full service . They also use NAPA parts which have full warranty. I might add they will set You up with financing. Great place , the only thing is You will probably need to book an appointment because they are busy , busy .

Shaun, Ethan, Jeff and the entire crew at Tires Plus are amazing! They have helped me out so times over the past few years and every time I leave my vehicle with them I know I am getting quality service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else. They are great!

Extremely kind, pleasant staff. They explained everything to me including recommendations. When I decided not to pursue everything not immediately urgent, they still made sure I had a price quote so I would know what to save up for soon and the expectations with not pursuing those things. They were extremely fast (I was there barely over an hour) and they had comfortable chairs in the waiting area. I recently moved thus had to change the Tires Plus location I visit prompting me to come here. I'm glad I did, they will be my go-to going forward. Thank you so much for taking care of me and my car.

We love tires plus in Papillion Nebraska! We have bought multiple sets of tires for our vehicles and always get them serviced there as well. We also send our family and friends there because this is a business we trust. The manager Shawn is the best to work with! He always listens and gets the job done right.
