The gentleman who is in the office is very disrespectful. Likes to pop off at the mouth and try to intimidate customers also had a simple bumper replacement on a new Hyundai after replacement tail light broken trunk did not lineup properly. I could stick my fingers where the trunk and the bumper meat called the day before to see if I could bring it in around 1pm Instead, they wasted my time by having me be at the shop when they opened for them to call me at 11 and tell me They’re done working on it and they didn’t rectify the situation. How can you stand by your work Good luck working with any of those clowns down there in that family owned circus

We've been going there for over 20 + years. After this last deal getting my front bumper replaced with a ford factory defective chrome bumper. They where very disrespectful to me and my concerns. At there request I will not do business with them.

After 4 months of waiting for our vehicle to be repaired Thorp’s found another issues and couldn’t give us a timeframe of repairs. During the process insurance totaled the vehicle and when we went to get our tags from the vehicle that we no longer owned they refused wondering who was giving them money. It was obvious that they had no idea what was going on (even after we explained it to them) and repairs took so long our vehicle got totaled out. I would look elsewhere for a good shop.

I would highly recommend Thorpe's body shop! I was recently in a minor car accident and didn't know what to do or who to call. Thorpe's was so helpful and fixed my problem quickly. I didn't even have to give up my car for a day! They are so kind and extremely knowledgeable. I will continue to use them for anything in the future.
