Took my car to this place to get help diagnosing a problem. No price for inspection was communicated to me when I dropped off the car so I thought it would be a free visual inspection like many shops do. When I came to pick up my car there was an $85 bill. At no point was a price communicated to me. I called to get a refund which they agreed to and I appreciate that. However, when I went to pick up the money today the guy at the front desk had zero customer service skills. He took a quick glance at my receipt, threw that at the counter instead of handing it back to me then tossed the money on the counter without saying anything and didn't even look at me or have the decency to put the money in my hand. I said thank you and got a grumbled, "yeah" back. Not to mention, the price for inspection was ridiculous compared to what you can get around town if you do pay let alone how many places do visual inspections for free. If I could give zero stars I would.

Had a phone call and she was very helpful (I didn’t get her name) in giving information for my car even though I wasn’t paying any services! Told me preventative measures to keep my car in good shape. 5 stars!

The only place I trust to do work on my vehicles without screwing me over. I've taken my jeep and corvette in for service and performance parts. My jeep I got a second opinion and they saved me tons of money and earned my trust. My Corvette they did some custom exhaust work, lighting, and more. Most people in the area wouldn't touch it but they worked with me and earn my business for years to come.

Love this place, good honest people. After taking my vehicle to a couple other shops in town and being massively let down. Something as simple as an alignment was impossible at two other shops and I was just given excuses. Gene’s Automotive had the job done in no time, and talking with the tech that did the work he clearly knew his stuff and explained everything perfectly. After that I decided to bring my other vehicle to them that I had been having issues with for a long time, they did excellent troubleshooting and worked with me on what to do since I had installed new factory parts that seemed to be failing, along with other parts that were contributing to the problem. All in all I would tell anyone this is a place you can trust! And I look forward to doing business with them again in the future!

Awesome! Dropped my truck off after the check engine light came on. They were quick to not diagnose it, but let me know that it may still be under warranty through Nissan. Didn’t charge me a dime. Took it directly to Woodhouse Nissan and sure enough, brand new transmission! Fully covered under warranty! These guys are the absolute best and honest!

Matt is great! I'm new to the area but learned quickly that Gene's is one of the good/honest ones. Very quick turnaround on repairs. Honest feedback on options. Fair pricing. All around great experience!!! Recommend! This is my new shop 😊 and I'm so grateful to have found them!

I arrived in Omaha to visit my brother in the hospital and experienced a detailed serpentine belt. Gene's crew diagnosed a faulty tensioner pulley. They obtained a replacement and completed the repair in one day. I was very happy to get it fixed so quickly.
