I recently purchased a used vehicle in July 2024. I took the vehicle to PFM to have them inspect it and give me peace of mind. Jeff and his team were stellar. PFM uses a web-based app/feature that allows them to provide documentation/evidence of findings and work that may need completed. I found the real-time updates to be extremely helpful. As a consumer it was a pleasure to receive visibility on what was found, pictures to help me recognize and understand, and total cost. All of which allowed me to make an informed decision to have the work completed. Jeff also took the time to call and inform me of the findings and provide additional explanations as needed. I appreciated his time. Overall, the service exceeded my expectations. I will continue to utilize PFM's services for future car maintenance. Thank you, PFM!

The owner, Jeff Schram, knows his stuff. He is kind and takes time to listen and understand the issue. My truck had been acting up randomly for several months, but no instrument panels lights were coming on. He invited me to stop by anytime while the shop was open when the issue was occurring so he could use his experience to put a finger on the problem. A few months later, the problem got so bad that my truck finally experienced a critical engine failure and had to be towed back to Papillion. Jeff was able to work me into his schedule due to a recent cancellation. FINALLY, the problem was properly diagnosed. Jeff is a trustworthy and quality businessman who calls in a timely manner and provides options - he's almost like a friend. He's super nice, too. I think what was most impressive was his documentation of the problem, including pictures, foul parts, and hands-on explanation - without me even having to ask for that. We live in a world where I'm not sure who to trust with vehicle repair and hope the bill is not getting suspiciously inflated. I was 100% comfortable and confident with Jeff and his team getting me back on the road. They are doing great things at Papillion Foreign Motor.

The dedicated team at PFM was very helpful! I came in for a fix on my husbands vehicle and ended up with a fix on mine as well! The team is very professional and intuitive. They care about their customers and community.

We have moved many times due to the Air Force. Finding somewhere you feel good about for your car can be a challenge. I'm so grateful we were referred to Jeff and Julie years ago. I have never felt more comfortable or trusted an auto repair place more. Truly good people and great work.
