We had a great experience as a first time customer at this Jiffy Lube!! The team was professional, fast and efficient!! Our vehicle has a difficult to install filter & our tech made sure it sealed properly & then went above and beyond by vacuuming leaves from under the hood. We will definitely be returning!!

DO NOT take your vehicle here. They will neglect to replace gaskets properly after an oil change, blame it squarely on the customer when all the oil leaks out of the car, and then you’ll have to deal with a know-it-all woman that argues with you, even after you overheard the mechanics say it was done wrong. This place is a joke!

I chose to go to Jiffy Lube twice today for the care of both of my cars because of the excellent service I received. I spoke mostly with Rashaun and Marcie today but all three technicians were great! Rashaun was professional and explained everything he did in words I understood. He and Marcie are kind, thorough, and helpful—and quick! That’s what you’d expect from “Jiffy” Lube. I wish that the corporate office could see what fabulous workers they are. You are lucky to have them. They remember me when I come for my oil changes, and they treat me with kindness and respect. I don’t think many senior employees realize the value and face that these employees give the business—they are vital and customers appreciate good service. I hope they are there for a long time and feel valued. Please reward them—they deserve so much. I wish I could tip them. Thanks Papillion Jiffy Lube! You are a blessing to this widow who hates dealing with car stuff!!

Over the years, I have gone to many different places to get my oil changed. Majority of the time it takes forever. You have to sit in some awkward waiting room or leave your car there. But here you get to sit in your car and wait. It doesn't take forever, they go through, get it done, and if that's all you need, you get to leave after you pay of course. The people that work at this location are absolutely amazing. They're funny. They like to talk to you and they can hold a great conversation. Or they can just do it in silence, get it done, and you don't have to talk to them much at all. Whatever your preference is they can accommodate. I love going when Rashaun and Marcie are there. These two are my absolute favorite? They're super sweet and funny. I always lever happy when I see them. Oil chancers are expensive everywhere else you go, but these guys sometimes have deals or coupons, you can find online, and honestly, it's something that keeps your car healthy and you kinda have to do it... So might as well go to a place that's going to do a good job and put a smile on your face. 10 out of 10 recommend.

By far our favorite place for oil changes and top tier customer service. We’ve used other locations, and other places including dealerships, and Jiffy Lube off 84th has surpassed all. I like that the team is consistent, thorough, informative, and friendly.

Bad job. Just simple oil change. They were unable to reset the oil request light after the job. I had to go to another mechanic around the corner to get that taking care of. The worst, the oil was leaking through the week even though the car didn’t have any issue prior the oil change. Took the car to another mechanic to get a proper oil change after one week. Now everything is back to normal. And they charged more than the shop that did the proper job… smh

They were all very friendly and welcoming, no wait line when showing up and they were very fast! Would definitely recommend this location over other I have been to in Omaha!
