Really cool People here. Helped me and my fiancé out a whole lot. We came in with a flat tire and couldn’t afford service so they let us keep our car in the lot over night. When we came back with a tire we were told was fine by another shop, the guys here informed us it was actually in pretty bad shape but they still changed it for us at a very reasonable price and even gave us a note to show to the other tire place explaining exactly what was wrong with the tire. So huge thanks to everyone here and if I ever have any trouble with my tires around Newark I will most definitely be stopping by here again!

Great experience! Shop is clean, crew is friendly and efficient. The gentleman who installed my tires let me know my oil was low and he topped it off for me at no charge! They went the extra mile. Got me in and out quickly. I would definitely recommend this shop to others. Keep up the good work!

This was a wonderful experience! I had shown up with a flat tire and the people there were so helpful. They let me leave it there overnight till I could find a more affordable tire. I found one that I thought was new they helped inform me on how to tell if a tire is old or new. They were all super sweet and super helpful. I would reccomend this specific tire shop due to the fast pace nature and overall amazing costumer service!

I ordered tires from tire rack and had them delivered here. I called the day they arrived and made an appointment to have them installed at 9am. I arrived at the store at 8:45, they opened 15 minutes late. the opening manager told me he didn't have any technicians and they wouldnt be able to install my tires today. I asked if I could reschedule for the following day for 5pm because that's the earliest I could make it after work. He told me there wasn't any way they could get it done then either. I would have to leave it and they may be able to get it done within a few days. I said "but that's why I made an appointment." He said all tje other people made an appointment too and I would just have to wait. So I took my tires and left. I don't recommend ever going here.

I made an appointment for 930 Sunday morning to get a tire repair. The appointment was confirmed via text. I drove 30 minutes to the store and was told no technicians are available on Sunday. So they are open, but will not work on any cars. Why not put that on the website? I wasted time and gas because this store is totally inconsiderate of the customer.

I brought my new (previously owned) car in for an inspection, and decided to have them do everything they recommended to me. It wasnt a short list. In addition, I ordered brand new headlights (complete housing) and had them installed. I am just now looking at these and notice both of the new headlights are cracked and chipped around the edges. They had called me during this service to tell me the bulbs I had brought didnt fit in the new headlights (wrong part) . So I assume if the headlights had come out of the box like this it wouldve (shouldve) been mentioned at some point. I am disappointed this wasnt addressed, or seemingly noticed.

Said my tie rods were loose, so I replaced them myself, for no reason, because they weren't loose, nor worn badly whatsoever. The inners were low on grease but the bellows never leaked; outers were good. All OEM. Seems a way to get out of setting an alignment because they were behind. They also added on about $850 to a $150 parts and own labor job I did myself in an hour and a half. Hey my tie rods are good, and I'm NOT coming back. They put good tires on one of my cars so I'll give them that but they really screwed themselves this time.
