Had an amazing experience thanks to Scott! I dropped in without an appointment, and even though he was the only one working and handling other tasks, he still took the time to help me with my low tire pressure. His dedication and customer service were exceptional. Highly recommend Scott for going above and beyond!

I've been coming here for a while, and they always do a great job! The last service for two of my cars was yet again fast and on time, which I really appreciate given my busy work schedule. Scott, the manager, is always a pleasure to work and talk with. He is always professional, friendly, and really knows his stuff. He is honest about what needs to be done and never gouges prices. I'll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend it to others!

I brought in my car to have a brake hose replaced. The mechanic told me I needed to replace the caliper as well and it would cost me over $700 total. They also told me I needed new rear brake pads and rotors. I knew I did not because I had personally replaced them less than a year ago. I declined service and when I got in my car to take it elsewhere it smelled of cigarettes. I brought it to Premier Tire and Auto Care up the road and it totaled me $170. It is a shame Tire Choice tried to rip me off because I liked this shop as they took care of me before, but I will not be giving them any more business.

Disrespectful and rude person at the front desk. I had a flat tire and wanted to purchase a new one. It’s my 3rd time at this location but never had this issue. The parking lot was full so I had to park in front of the store and ask at the store front. When I was entering the store to ask on where to park, the person at the front desk did not enquire or ask why I was there but was straight up rude. Threatening to tow my car away. I was speechless and asked why was he rude and just left the place. It does not cost you anything to be kind. I hope they can improve and treat people better.

They always take care of what’s needed and let me know what will be needed in the future so I can plan ahead. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years, the service is always excellent. I highly recommend Tire Choice for your car’s maintenance and service.
