Gavin, Tristan, and Jacob are some of the best techs I know. No bs and they make sure everything is done quickly and correctly. Came in for an oil change and brake bleeding and was out within an hour. Excellent service, I highly recommend this store!

The staff was professional and polite. My oil change was a reasonable price. It was done in a timely manner. They gave me information on future car needs without pressure. I was very happy from start to finish.

Gavin and Jackson reason out did themselves. As soon as I walked in, they showed me respect and outstanding customer service they were able to put on a show for my two-year-old to keep her distracted while they worked on my brakes and rotors for my Chevy Malibu. I really appreciate them coming out here and working at this location even though it’s not the original car shop. Thank you for servicing the Akron community. We appreciate you.

DONT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. LAZY AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I came in with a flat tire and left with the same flat tire smh unacceptable I came in told them the issue and what I wanted them to do and they completely disregarded what I was asking for which was nothin but switching the tire from off of my spare rim to my regular rim. Kept trying to tell me nothin was wrong with tire soon as I left the tire was flat again within 25 minutes smh took it somewhere else asked them to do same exact thing it was done in 20 minutes and they found the piece of metal immediately after these guys claimed "3 of us looked and didn't find anything it's the bead we fixed it" smh sad af didn't fix nothing. Only thing i can say is i wasn't charged but I wasn't gonna pay them anyway they did nothing to get paid for

Do not go here. I spent nearly $400 for 2 Goodyear Assurance tires and they couldn't balance them correctly. When I returned the next day a "manager" said he was alone and was not allowed to rebalance them. There was no other employees there. I finally went somewhere else and paid to have it fixed correctly.

Mike is the manager where I went. I had bought new tires for two vehicles there before. Had my brakes done there as well. I had a flat tire. I have a warranty on tires whenever I buy them new. The paperwork logged into their system was not put in correctly or something like that, but Mike solved the problem. Got me a new tire, cause the flat couldn’t be fixed. They also gave my vehicle an all around inspection for free. I drive for extra money from time to time. Was going to need an auto inspection anyways, if I decide to drive passengers. Cost range, but probably around a $100 these days, so saved that money too. Mike’s a Vet too, and it shows. They treated me well. Probably treat you the same. Have a Blessed 😇 Day

I’ve been very patient about make this review in hopes someone would reach out to me or my husband to make things right, I was told our issue would be sent to corporate and they would reach out to us. It’s been months and nothing. In November my husband took his truck to get an air leak fixed in his tire, he ended up just getting all new tires which was fine with us. After the truck was finished he picked it up and was told “the tires will sound different because they need to break in” that wasn’t the case. I drove his truck the next morning to take my children to school and the sound progressively got worse to the point where the truck was shaking. I took his truck to state street tires and they found 12 loose lug nuts, the front left tire was so bad that they had to jack the truck up in the parking lot and fix it right there because it almost popped off. The truck wasn’t even drove 30 miles after getting new tires put on it before this happened. This seems more like negligence. No one seems to have answers to how this happened, or even seem to care about fixing what happened. I’m very Thankful my children and I are safe because that could have ended badly.

I called asking about a set of tires and was able to get right in. Staff was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was in and out in about an hour and a half. I highly recommend this place easily.

I was not going to come here after being Monroe and a not great shop. I’m really glad I came today and gave them a chance with new business take over. Super helpful and knowledgeable
