Tint World

This Tint World location did a FANTASTIC job on the ceramic tint job for my 2023 Toyota Highlander. Two weeks later they also went above and beyond by taking the time to show me how to remove hard water stains from the outside of my windows and how to fix a squeaky power window. I just showed up at their shop and they treated me like a customer they truly value. I would've reviewed them 5 stars anyway because of the quality of their work, but this sealed the deal for me completely. Thank you, Arthur and Ryan for your professionalism, care and attention. I brought my vehicle in to get an estimate for tint, and an older employee came out to look it over. We reviewed their 3 levels of tint, and I was quoted $550, $650, and $750 for my vehicle. A week later, I went by with my vehicle to schedule the tint, and was told that the 3 prices were now $800, $900, and $1,050. When questioned on the lower amount I was recently quoted, they just stated "that's the price"... Not a way to run a franchise, and I won't be using you.... ** Update: Note the "canned" response from Tint World stating: "...we're sincerely sorry your recent WINDOW TINT did not leave you completely satisfied" I didn't use them to tint my windows, but had an issue with their business practices (which they didn't address). They must get numerous complaints on their window tint, judging by the canned reply. I guess it shows how they handle complaints/reviews, and how they run their business.

Had a great experience with these guys. Wanted to get my car wrapped to protect the OEM paint, and they did a great job! Angel walked me through the wrap options they had, didn't pressure me into anything, and stayed true to the competitive quote I received over email. Had already gotten my windows tinted, so I didn't get that done here, but I have no doubt it would've turned out good as well. Took them about 4 days to do the car, and they were helpful in offering to find me a rental in the meantime so I could get to work. I had an issue with one of the windows not rolling down all the way (new generation of car, new wiring harnesses to learn to work around), and one of the panels had a slight peel at a sharp corner after two days. Called them to ask about it and they immediately scheduled me in to get it checked out and fixed. Took maybe an hour, and all those issues were solved. Super happy with how the car looks now, and their sense of responsibility and professionalism is great. If I need other cars wrapped, I know where I'm going. My only gripe would be the window issue, it would've been better to have it done better the first time, but that honestly is a small thing since they immediately remedied it when I called them. Great service!

MUST READ!! BEST TINT/SERVICE AROUND!!! Hands down the best service I've received around! I'm new to the area and just bought a new car. I was initially refered to a different tint shop. I won't say Dspot where I was originally supposed to go, but I'm glad I ended up avoiding the other shop. The original shop cancelled my appointment the same day it was scheduled, then rescheduled it for a day I couldn't make it. Then he proceeded to make it seem like it was my fault and he put a friend of his in my time slot...so..after being completely furious and disappointed in the original shop, one of my friends referred me to Tint World. My boy, Angel, was able to hook me up with a next day appointment for tinting on my car! I was stoked that he had availability so soon and booked right away. I decided to get ceramic hybrid tint on my brand new 2020 WRX all around, and let me tell you, it was mint! Not only was the job quality absolutely fantastic! Also the customer service from every employee there was superb! I was told it would take 1.5-2 hours for my car to be done and while I waited in the lobby I was offered bottled water, the other employees didn't treat me like I was invisible, they actually greeted me and everyone made me feel like I was actually a valued guest. After I had been sitting for just under 1 hour my car was ready. Speedy service and it looked fantastic! I watched the guy from the other tint shop using a box cutter on the customers window to cut the tint to size, but at Tint World all that showed that anyone was there was just some soapy water droplets on the door and seats. I was cool with that bc I didn't have to worry about cuts in my glass. My tint came with a lifetime warranty so if anything ever happened to them, they would fix it or replace it for free! The other dude charged to remove tint and redo it. Bottom line is...there's no other place to get tinting done. Everything I experienced with Tint World kept surpassing my expectations. Top notch quality work, very quick work, communication was very responsive, and above all, the staff delivered impeccable customer service and delivered a very surreal, wanted, and valued atmosphere. I'll never recommend anyone to anywhere else. They provide other services as well, and though I only did window tinting, undoubtedly the other services are just as meticulously high quality.
