Shawn was AWFUL to work with. He answered the phone rude and when I tried to get him information he states whatever and was extremely short and snippy. WORST customer service I have experienced in a LONG time. I will NOT be using this company every again.

Here’s my story… Last Second call to Thompsons @ 08:01 Due to previous tow company cancelled Needed my truck put a flatbed and to its appt at 10:00 08:07 Truck is being loaded by a professional operator in state of the art equipment! 08:13 Drivers on the road delivering my truck 08:13.30 VERY HAPPY CUSTOMER

They do a great job! I even trusted them to move my airplane! They take great care of the vehicles, that they move! We use them a lot in the business that we are in and Goshen and they do A1 work.
