Staff here was very friendly and helpful. I was impressed with the service they gave me, I pulled in with my car literally steaming from under the hood, they came out before I even got out of my vehicle. Unfortunately the code reader didn't work on my car, but they were very gracious and let me wait there until I got my car issues addressed and purchased a part that will hopefully take care of the issue.

These guys are literally jumping to be helpful. Walked in, Stephen helped me find the items I needed. He opened one item to make sure it would work. It didn't but he immediately refunded my money. Excellent customer service here! Thank you.

All the parts they gave us were wrong, more than once! 4 trips back there and still wrong. But according to their computer looking things up with the Vin number they were supposedly what we needed, but were not! People behind the counter knew nothing. I wasn't sure they even pulled the right parts. I'll never go back

I have tried to call 10+ times in the last hour in half…… no answer. How am I suppose to order a part if no one answers 😡. Rather you answer and say “can you please hold” vs it just keep ringing till drops the call.

I believe oreillys carries the best range of parts there in house brands are just as good as the best in my opinion
