Took my car in for a low oil pressure issue, they did not verify or attempt to figure out the cause and instead hooked up a scan tool and charged me $40 for something a parts store employee could do. I'd advise anyone who is thinking of taking a car to them to reconsider and find a better shop. Would give 0 stars if possible.

I called and described what was wrong with my car and suggested it might be an alternator problem. The next day I was called and told to come get my car and that it was fixed. I picked my car up and paid $570 for a new alternator and labor. The very next day my car didn't start, so I called back and spoke to Joe. He apologized and told me that he simply replaced my alternator and did not run diagnostics on my vehicle because I suggested it was the alternator. He kept my car and then he charged me $55 to run diagnostics and $85 to "clean battery terminals". In total I spent $710 for Joe to replace an alternator that did not need to be replaced and to "clean battery terminals". The Mobile Mechanic is a crook and a scammer. Do not take your vehicle to him if you want it fixed. Take your vehicle there if you want to pay outrageous amounts of money to not get your vehicle fixed

Lost both caliper bolts on truck en route to north Carolina. Called and they were very prompt and replaced these bolts and checked others to make sure they were tight. Came to us. I know who I am using from now on!

I can’t say enough great things about this company. If you need assistance with your car or any other vehicle, call them and they will help you. I had a unique problem with my zero turn mower that I couldn’t resolve myself. I called this company and Joe was immediately responsive. He was out here the next day at my remote rural property. He diagnosed and fixed the issue (drive belt tension spring came off) and he fixed it. Very efficient and very reasonable price. Very nice guy. Highly recommend.

I was in Rio Grande when my Jeep would not go into gear. Joe was recommended by Rio Tires. Joe came out and figured out what the issue was. He took my Jeep to his shop in Jackson and fixed the problem very quickly. He came through Rio and gave me a ride to his shop. Joe's prices are very fair. The customer service was outstanding! Joe is proof that there are still good people in the world.
