I hate doing these. Progressive told me to take my car here after I hit a deer. Didn't think anything of it. My car was there for a month an a half. Was told to pick it up on a Friday before close. Got up there and ask to see my keys so I can turn it on, just to makes sure it's running alright. They tried to get me to pay first, I refused. Finally had someone follow me out with my keys. When I turned on my car every light in the dash came on. Owner tried to play it off like it was not a big deal. They stated they would send it off to a dealership to get reprogrammed. I stated I wanted it taken to a certain dealership and they said that was fine,my insurance was covering it anyway. Called the next day and was told it was taken to Nourse. Not where I wanted. Called my insurance company and they fixed the mistake, and had it taken to the shop I chose. Once it was in the shop I was told that wires were still hanging, my sensors were not hooked up and that nothing had been reprogrammed. So basically, monroes tried to half as* the work and tried to get me to rush and pay an hour before they closed. Hoping id pay and drive off before i noticed. Took me 3 months to get my car back all together thanks to monroes not doing a proper job the first time. Highly avoid going here

Not impressed...very poor job. Didn't paint bumper correct color, had to take back and repaint a section. Forgot to order cap for Reese hitch plug. Wasn't very nice even though I tried hard to be pleasant. How dare I complain...

They are very professional and do amazing work. Any time I need auto body work done, this is where I go. Fast and great quality work!! I always recommend!!

I just wanted to say thank you to these fine people. Monroe Collison has worked on my car twice (once in Chillicothe and just now in their Jackson location) and both times have been superb work. My car looks brand new. Thank you guys!!
