My first time using flag towing tonight, I was in straight meltdown when Anthony arrived. He reassured me that we were safe now and everything was going to be okay. After he fixed my exploded tire, quickly and efficiently, he continued to help me fix my previously out of place tailgate. Genuinely nice caring people. Would recommend.

Rafael provided excellent service. He took the time to gather his tools and walk to my car on the 3rd floor in a parking structure to assist me. He was efficient in geting the job done. I would recommend him for any of your vehicle needs.

First off. Thank you Flag towing. I’ve never ever been attended to in such a timely manner as I was on Jan 30,2025. Maybe 30 minutes max. A beautiful spirit by the name of Gabriel was my tow driver. I was in a bad spot. By the grace of God he sent me you. Everything about this experience over shined me being stranded. I felt comfortable and good conversation all the way home. Flag towing please be aware of great employees you have. I heard absolutely nothing but gratitude 🙏. My new go to tow company

Gabriel with Flag towing was my hero today. So grateful for him. My tire side wall blew out on the freeway today. AAA sent Me this Angel. He was fast, kind and so informative. Little did he know I had been balling my eyes out and shaking from the traumatic experience I just had. He kept me safe and calm. I tried to offer a tip and wouldn’t take it. I pray god watches over this incredible man and company. Thank You Gabriel!

Got my car towed by Rafael this afternoon. I was very happy with his customer service. He was very friendly, professional, and quick. The ride back home seemed quicker than it was because Rafael was very approachable, and easy to engage in conversation with.
