Customer service is definitely helpful or caring. We have a battery manufacturing problem with our car. Which the parts department says its not our fault. But the company is not will to help with it or work with us on fixing. Unless you pay $14,000 for a whole new battery. This has been a real problem, since we only owe only $23,000 and no bank makes loans of batteries. Since this is our main vehicle to getting our foster kids back and forth. As well our needs. So, thanks Tesla for nothing.

Merit greeted us warmly and within minutes we were discussing the possibility of us, not only test driving a car, but taking it overnight and buying one. Merit asked all kinds of questions and guided us to the car that best fit our needs. We test drove a Model Y and then began looking on the internet and found an available car. The process could not have been easier and we were so grateful to Merit for all the help we received. Our questions were answered and we left the store having placed an order for our new car.
