HORRIBLE experience. Terry's was sent out by my insurance agency to tow my truck. They ripped the bumper off while unloading. They refused to take it back to the body shop where I JUST picked it up from because "we have a body shop". Ya, well when I got my truck back the bumper was crooked, bondo EVERYWHERE, overspray and not to mention what looks like TAPE underneath to hold it together. After taking it to a real body shop when they told me "ya you can take it there we have a good relationship with them" they now refuse to pay the bill.

We had a tire blowout on 71N and contacted AAA. Terry’s Towing was assigned to us for roadside assistance. They called us shortly after we spoke to AAA to confirm our location, and let us know that they were on the way. Our tow truck driver, Jonathan R., arrived within 25 minutes, loaded our car onto the flatbed and drove us to the nearest tire garage quickly, safely and efficiently. He was polite and personable and even suggested a closer tire garage than where we had originally planned to go. We are pleasantly surprised and grateful at how seamless the process was.

Very helpful and very fair price. I needed to arrange to have a car towed for an estate. They took care of it promptly and accepted payment over the phone. Easy to work with and very professional.

Had another issue with my truck ( locked myself out). This time, AAA called Terry's Towing first and I got the same driver that towed my truck to Taz's tire for me a while back. Just as pleasant as the first time. I truly recommend these guys. So helpful, and thoughtful when it's cold. Thank you Terry's hope you have more drivers like this young man that has came to my rescue twice now ❤️ God Bless your company
