I went to this shop after my friend gave me such a great review. I told the man on the phone something was wrong with my tie rod and that something was loose. I showed up at 1:15 like I was told, they took my tire off and immediately started sawing off bolts. (WITHOUT ASKING ME OR LETTING ME KNOW) he was then on the phone with someone I asked what was going on & he said I need a new inner and outer tie rod. I just got new tie rods last year. I told him I was upset that he started sawing off bolts because I had a guy offering to fix the bolt for $20. He said he would fix it for free but don’t come back.There was a guy nodding off in the chair & when he woke he said something about the “bad heroin put him to sleep”. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I then realized several of these people in this shop were on drugs. Overall highly disappointed and somehow left feeling extremely bad for not paying all because of their lack of communication. I must say that the guy took my tire off once again but this time to make sure it was on properly. I thank him for that but of course I won’t be back.

Took my tahoe there for a motor. They did it and yet it still ticks and now it needs another motor. I'm not impressed.
