Take 5 Oil Change

I went in the morning and even though it was 25 degrees and they said they were training two new guys, the service was fast and friendly. I got my oil changed, my coolant topped off and a wiper blade changed. I heard them following safety protocols, really smart that they use a call and response method to verify the steps are followed and the car is ready. Will definitely come back.

I have been to Take 5 many times as it is always the one I choose for convenience. This last visit I had with Take 5 was by far the most ousting experience I have ever had with any oil change service in many years of owning vehicles. The service passed my expectations and went above and beyond “just an oil change”. All of the staff and even the manager made complete sure that I received everything I needed and also informed me of choices they had to offer. I was given the utmost courtesy and care and even given an upgrade to what I had purchased from the manager. In the struggles we are living with the high costs of everything, every good deed is a blessing and definitely appreciated by most. The service was excellent from the time I pulled in to the time I drove away and definitely gave them a honk of my horn! Take 5 Cliffdale Rd NC you have my business for life and I will be recommending you to any one who even mentions “oil change “. 5 stars all the way!

The manager Derrik and his crew has excellent customer service and only suggestions what your car needs to have best performance. We use this location for all our car needs. Because of our repeated good experiences we have referred our sons and they now get the oil changed here also. Mr. and Mrs. Morgan

I had both of the Nicks service my vehicle and I was very impressed. They both were so professional and charming. I was truly in and out in maybe 15 minutes. I promise you the whole staff was on point with the service and the call out verification of the work being done. The Cliffdale location is A1 in my book.

Outstanding service! I recently visited your shop for an oil change, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The staff was friendly, professional, and efficient. They got me in and out quickly without compromising quality. They also performed a thorough check of my fluids and tire pressure, which I really appreciated. The guys that did my oil change were very professional and not pushy about doing extra services. They were very forward about the cost of each service and informative about the benefits of them. I did opt to have a coolant flush along with replacing the air filters in the cab as well as under the hood. These were services I had already considered prior to my visit so it was not a surprise to have them recommended.
