Stopped by for a radiator diagnostic. Great prices compared to PepBoys & Dealerships. Everyone is nice and helpful. Blake fixed my radiator hose and was extremely helpfully through the process. I highly recommend this shop.

OVERPRICED! They didn’t have my tire. I went to another shop and grabbed the tire. They charged me $36(some fee and taxes) just to put the tire on. I paid $30 for the tire elsewhere. They didn’t even put air in the other tires. I believe they took advantage of the fact that I was driver a Mercedes and I am a women. Would not recommend this place.

Charger my brother $100 for an obd2 scanner reading… they do that for free at AutoZone. Claimed he was doing a diagnostic. NOT TO BE TRUSTED.

Had my car at S&H to get service. Pick up my car with a fingerprint on the hood, fender, door, and door handle. They also got oil or grease inside the car on the door panel, steering wheel, dirt, and oily footprints on the floor mat. I had to get a new under-splash shield and inner fender because they did not replace worn-out or put in some push clip for the plastic cover under the car. It was better when it was H&L, the staff had quality work and care.

I honestly don’t even have the words to express how grateful I am to Alex. After my van was “totaled” in an accident, I thought it was done for good. Auto body work isn’t even what Alex normally does, but he stepped up and took it on just to help me out—and WOW, did he deliver. The van looks and drives like it’s brand new. You’d never guess it had been in an accident at all. His attention to detail, the quality of the work, and the level of care he put into it were incredible. Alex is one of those rare people who actually cares about the work he does and the people he helps. I’m beyond grateful. If you get the chance to have him work on your vehicle, take it. He’s the best.

I can’t recommend Mr. Alex enough! He’s incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what’s going on with my car in a way that actually makes sense. The service is thorough, and the prices are very reasonable compared to other places I’ve been. Very clear he cares more about helping people than just making a quick buck. Definitely my go-to from now on!

I will have to honestly say hands down Mr. Alex. Very, very professional. If you need a mechanic that does honest work, you need to go see him. He worked on my vehicle. Tommy chain and water pump no problem. Turn around time with excellent welcome to Fayetteville. And I really would like to say that people you need to go see them if you have any type of car needs. Because he will assure that you're. Your vehicle is taken care of properly.
