Take 5 Oil Change

The store always looks great. Management is busy making sure everyone is helped and making sure the entrance as in first impressions are welcoming and inviting. Even noticed as i was leaving the manager sweeping and cleaning the carpet in the breezeway. I come for lunch every saturday and love seeing all the activity. Keep up the good work !!

These guys and girls do great work! Very good customer service, and overall a great experience. I will definitely be going back. Dakota was the one I met while here and he is the man. Definitely give these guys a try!

Super friendly and professional service. Watched their team working in unison and communicating with each other well. They were really busy when I got there but they were able to get me in and out in a decent time frame. My new go-to location.

Went in for an oil change with my girlfriend on her CRV today. No complaints about service or price, but after we left we ran a few errands close by. After driving back towards home on the interstate I noticed her car was a lot louder than usual upon acceleration. Almost sounding like my diesel truck, as well as the check engine light coming on. I recognized the noise as being related to the air filter or that area, like it was getting too much air. They removed the filter during the oil change just to tell me that it was good and no replacement needed. After we arrived home I popped the hood and noticed only 1 out of 4 of the latches were snapped back onto the cover as well as it wasn’t seated correctly at all. I slid the cover back into the normal channels and snapped the remaining clips back down and all is normal again, no odd noises and I cleared the codes with my scanner. We usually visit the Boiling Springs location which is always great! But just happened to be on this side of town today and went here for the convenience. Will not make that mistake again. I understand that yalls name means a quick oil change, which it always is! But today seemed alot more rushed than usual even though there was only 1 more car in the next bay over and no one else waiting. Love Take 5, just will not visit this location again.

It was a pleasure doing business with them! This was my first time at the one off E. Main Street! They were so in sync with each other and had great positive attitudes. The name tag that stood out was Justin, he seemed to help keep the energy up! Again, such a great experience and all of them should be proud that their energy really made the space, they did great work! I highly recommend! I appreciate you!

I never post but the guy that took care on me. Don’t know his name but was from Louisiana. Very personal and professional. He seemed very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will not hesitate to go back. Owners remember that person I meet is who brings me back. You can tell if they don’t want to be there. Which makes me not want to be there. Great job young man.

Wonderful experience at Take 5 in Spartanburg. I was promptly greeted upon arrival by one of their technicians and guided into the building. Once in the team made quick and thorough work of the oil change with great communication though put the entire experience. At the end the manager Corey checked in with me on my experience and made sure everything was addressed. They finished by washing my windshield. Will definitely be back and recommend to my friends and family. Keep up the great work.

Jessica, Ryan, and companions took great care of me when I pulled in, car over-heating. They filled my antifreeze, and sold me some much needed windshield wipers. Great team, great customer service. 😁
