TA Truck Service

Had an ultimate PM done on my Truck on Saturday Night and after they were done, before I left the shop I opened the hood and there was oil spilled all over my truck. Even the left steer tire was full of oil. The hood itself even had oil on it! It was as if they washed the Truck with oil. I took pictures and a video of the mess and reported the excessive oil spill to the cashier at the shop and all of them wanted to tell me that, oil spills always happen during an oil change … I’ve been doing PM Services at TA’s all across the country 🇺🇸 for 12 years and I had never seen an oil spill like this one before! WOW! No! It is not okay to spill oil on an engine everywhere! Especially if I’m the owner of the Truck and I pay for everything done to the truck….

Unbelievably honest people. Made a deal on a set of tires and rims for my Peterbilt. After the fact they came back and reduced the price by 30 percent saying they had made a mistake on the quote. Mark did great work and Kimberley handled all of the administrative tasks. I will now bring my truck here for services and maintenance when I can plan to get it here. Blown away. Great job TA!

The staff here got me rolling in no time ! I was loaded coming from Morton Mississippi heading to Concord North Carolina for a delivery that night when I started loosing tire pressure literally under 100 miles from my delivery and about 4 -5 hours before my delivery appt . I got off at an exit and sprayed my tire down and couldn’t find anything but kept loosing pressure . TA and Speedco were both 10 miles away so I dropped my speed and kept rolling to make it to them rather than wait on the side of the interstate , and initially pulled in at Speedco . Even though I was there at least 2 hours before they closed , the technician wouldn’t even look at it ( said they wouldn’t have time ) . I called TA and the young lady took my info over the phone and told me to come over . Before I could get my truck out of Speedco’s lot a TA technician called back to let me know which bay to go to and I let him know I was pulling in . He put me in a bay immediately, replaced my tire ( nail in sidewall , so tiny he didn’t even see it initially until they sprayed it down again ) no wait and got me rolling. made my delivery ON TIME ! Awesome STAFF & SERVICE !! 10 stars !!!⭐️

Plenty of parking for big rigs n bobtails. The Country Pride restaurant has an AWESOME GRAVY BISCUIT n the cook ain't stingey with giving u many extra eggs to fill ur to go plate. They seriously need more staff bit cant find anyone that wants to work, kinda like everything else since the scamdemic in 2020. Also no heat in the restaurant as they had HVAC issues
