Not Recommended – Disappointing Experience The service here felt like a bait-and-switch situation. 🤔 We were really unhappy with the quality of work, the time it took to complete repairs, and the overall experience. I wouldn’t recommend this place, especially for women or anyone who isn’t a car expert. 🚫🚗 Pros: ☕ Free coffee Cons: ⏳ Repairs took over 3 weeks ❓ Never got a clear answer about repair timelines or estimates 👀 Had to visit in person to check on progress because updates were vague or nonexistent 📸 The photos were taken during week 3—one staff member claimed by phone that the Jeep was being painted, yet another said it wouldn’t be painted until the next day when I popped up at the shop 🧾 Had to request an estimate printout instead of being provided one upfront 😒 Staff had really rude attitudes when I popped up and when vehicle pick up was done, but they were really nice at drop off 🫠 🌬️ After getting the Jeep back, there’s an odd wind noise coming from the new door—like a cracked window, even though all windows were closed. This wasn’t an issue before the repairs (new car, first owner). They claimed they couldn’t hear it and didn’t resolve the issue when we returned. 🌪️ Maybe the hurricane caused delays, but the overall experience was still unacceptable. 💸 $2,500–$3,000 to repair the damages shown in the photos felt way too steep for what was done, but oh well...the other people's insurance company had to pay it. --- Save yourself the stress—go somewhere else! 🙅‍♀️

Stephen and his crew are awesome! Sent my Mother-in-law’s car there after a wreck and Piedmont Collision made her car look as good as new. They had a good turn around time and did a great job keeping her updated on their progress and dealing with her insurance. Highly recommend!

They did an AWESOME job on my 2018 Nissan Sentra it looked and drove as if it was brand new and spotless. I highly recommend this place located @ 196 Duncan Reidville road. The customer service from Stephen and his crew was kind, pleasant, and very respectful. Not to mention they knew who I was by face and over the phone every time I called. I give this shop a 10 out of 10, don’t walk but, RUN, get towed, or heck get dropped off to this shop. They will definitely treat you right.

Very bad location. They gave me an initial estimate of 2 week to get my car in for repairs and started extending that 1 month at the time. I ended up waiting 7+ months just to get the car in. Then, they extended the estimated time of completion 3 times and never called when it was ready, I called for an update, and they said it was ready 2 days ago. AND SURPRISE SURPRISE, the color didn't match for the new part. When I confronted them and told them they were supposed to blend in the colors, they said the insurance didn't cover that, but it did because it was on the receipt they had just given me. So when I said I was going to call the insurance to have this fixed, they said it wasn't necessary they were going to fix it for me 🤨🤔no one works for free. It wasn't until I got home and reviewed the receipt, and I saw that it was there and they charged for it but didn't do it. Fast forward, I left the truck to be repainted, and when I go back to pick it up and I dropped off the rental to them and they never notified the rental company about their car being ready for pick up. I today 3 days later after my pick up I drove by and the rental still there. So I called the rental company to notify this I they told me that Piedmont Collision never called them and I was still being charge for the rental.

I had an accident on October 29th. I had my car sent to this collision center due to the wonderful reviews I saw. I had never had body work done to my car in the Spartanburg area before so this place was the first place I was trusting with my car outside of our normal place in Anderson. I got my car back a tiny bit over a month later and they did an amazing job. My car looks and drives like nothing ever happened. They fixed my Bella back up to tip top shape in no time. Their hospitality is also amazing, every time I called they were nice and when I picked up my car they even gave me a small bouquet of carnations. If you need a place for body work I totally recommend them. I also added before and after photos so you all can see their body work.

My brand new 2023 CRV was rear ended recently, and my dealership recommended this shop. I couldn’t be happier with the results! My car looks brand new again and I can’t even tell anything happened. The staff is super friendly and helpful, and they communicated well with me through the whole process. Biggest shoutout to Stephen who really made the entire repair experience as smooth as possible. Not only did my car get repaired, but it was taken to the Honda dealership to have everything checked out and reapply the ceramic coating which meant I didn’t have to worry about doing any of that separately on my own. 10/10 recommend and will bring any of my vehicles here again!
