They produce top notch items. These door pods are the best ones I could find for my 4runner and I'm very pleased with the results. Fortunately they were safe while dealing with a hurricane and still sent orders out the day they had power back up. I ordered speaker pods from CustomSpeakerPods.com and found that they completely blocked my glove box and emergency brake—something that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the product page at the time. I reached out and left a review to let them know and help future buyers. They read my review and quietly added a disclaimer to the website afterward, but never responded to me directly or published my review. It’s clear they only allow positive reviews to be shown, which is misleading for new customers trying to make an informed decision. The product itself can be great—but customer satisfaction, transparency, and how you handle feedback is how you earn 5 stars. Ignoring negative feedback and failing to engage with customers sends the wrong message.
