Had a blow steer tire. Towed to this location. They installed new steer tire. Then 3 weeks later. It makes my truck shaking. So rebalance at terminal and they said it is bad tire/it is trailer tire Not a steer. Spent 800 bucks on a tire that is wrong and no good. It is brand new tire. I give 2 star for customer service is good especially when I am deaf but disappointed with results. Be wary when you get service from this location. It is a total loss for me.

The service center behind the truck stop is a GREAT place to have work done IF you get the right person on duty. I dealt with 6 different people during the 3 days I was broken down there and the differences in the service I got from each could be rated from 1-5. There was one front desk person who couldn’t be bothered, a road service guy who asked me where the battery was located, two who told me they didn’t do the kind of work that was needed, another who was nice but didn’t offer any help, and one outstanding person, James Nesbitt, who spent hours trying to solve the problem. He tried all sorts of tests and finally found what was wrong and corrected it and I pulled out of the shop after almost 3 full days. I highly recommend this shop if James is on duty. Call ahead and see when he works!

Run down and dirty. For a "truck stop" there was almost no actual food options at 10pm. The shelves were pretty empty too. Don't recommend for food at night for sure.
