Diesel Power Truck Center

To set the stage, I am a full time Traveler in a School bus conversion. I have about 4 months of experience with maneuvering my bus which is a learning process of both mechanical and driving skills. Two weeks ago I called in with a question regarding my air tanks, the service manager helped me right on the phone, it was simple and he spent about 30 min answering random questions I had. About 5 days later, I decided to bring my bus in for some preventative maintenance and 4 cables to release condensation in my air tanks. I was here for about 6 hours, but it was smooth as butter and they have a GREAT spacious lounge with WiFi, tv, and recliners for comfort. The next day I took off on my travels. I ended up puncturing a hole in my transmission pan about 90 miles away. I was panicked as I am traveling alone. I dialed the service manager and not only did he calm me down, he told me it is fixable (expensive but fixable), he also did a quick search for mechanics in that location. I said no, I will have it towed to you. Once it was towed and assessed, and the parts came in (5 days) the work was completed within two days (it was quite the job). The mechanic answered the many questions I had and the service manager went above and beyond to make me comfortable and safe. I was allowed to stay at the shop for a week (as my RV is self sufficient), the service manager took me to grab groceries and offered to take me anywhere else I needed to go. The other members of staff were quiet and kept to themselves while I worked. I was safe and not judged for a road hazard I could not see. I could not recommend Diesel Power Truck Center or Will any more if I tried. I was kept in the loop, I was warned of a timeline (2 weeks, ended up being 8 days), and I was kept informed of costs. Which I think we can all appreciate. Honesty, integrity, and even a good few laughs to pass the time.

Diesel power in Candler NC is hands down the best, most professional truck repair facility on the East Coast. As an Owner/Operator, truck maintenance is a big deal and my experience with this shop has been absolutely amazing, especially the customer service representatives out front. As an example, William Hall is one of the best service representatives I have ever encountered. He is smart, knowledgeable, and most importantly, willing to listen to the customer. It is very clear that he cares they got my truck Runing in a day they are professional they know what they doing I I’m 100 % satisfied with the service they know what to do thank you everyone guys … is very recommended if you want to get your truck fixed right now!!! It is very clear that he cares not only about getting the job completed right, but gives 100% to ensure the customer remains informed at all times. Great job Will! He is exactly the reason I make sure I pickup or deliver loads to NC, even though I base my business out of Virginia. Definitely a five star company and service representative.

George here. What an amazing service Diesel Power provides. We own a 2017 Tiffin Motor Home and we needed to replace ALL of our tires. They did a great job ordering and installing the tires. Best of all their quote was over $1000 less than other camper repair shops. William was our service manager and I feel I came away with a trustworthy friend. Would I recommend going to this truck center for repair service? An enthusiastic YES!

Good place quick, correct, and on point. Don't get mad if you coming to get something fixed and they crawl underneath and find other things they're not doing it to try and be jerks they're doing it trying to help you out I came in for a wheel seal on my drive axle found out that my carrier bearing on my drive shaft is going bad. They did exceptional work they had all the parts in stock and definitely professional. And if you think they're rude it's because you don't understand foreigners that are from the Russia European area they're not rude that's just the way they are and you need to tighten up on your feelings. Highly recommend

Excellent service from start to finish! The team at Diesel Power was professional, honest, and knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue with my truck quickly and had it back on the road in no time.
