Julie answered the phone and took the time to send pictures by email to assure the Turbo was correct and then got the order processed in time for NDA Truck is towing the 6 ton excavator like an empty trailer and boost goes to 26 psi. Mileage is back to normal and my customer is happy. Advanced restored my faith in on-line service

I just want to say that I had a great experience with Advanced. I purchased two CECU modules from them and they worked great. They were exactly as described. The staff was professional and courteous. And I can't believe the price. I paid one quarter for BOTH of the modules that I would have paid for only one at the dealer. This is an instance where I can say I really have no idea how they do it. 100% recommend.

Purchased N14 heads that were listed as genuine. When they came they were in unmarked packaging with an Ebay receipt. This company purchased $350 heads off of ebay and then sold them to me for $699. This is fraud. They are 3rd party rebuilt (poorly) of poor quality, and are not the part number that was ordered. They are now giving us a hard time with return 20% restock fee, no shipping refund. Normally this would be terms but THIS IS TEXTBOOK FRAUD. If we do not receive %100 percent of our purchase price and shipping we will be contacting an attorney. Listing stated "NEW REMAN BY CUMMINS. We found and saved the ebay paperwork. We contacted the Ebay seller and verified they are 3rd party parts and reman.

Buyer Beware…unfortunately I have to give a least one star but it is not by choice at all. After doing extensive research on an ECM I reached out to Advance Truck Parts and spoke with the Sales Associate by the name of Tony. I was very specific about what I was looking for and how I felt about purchasing the wrong item. Tony assured me it was the correct part for our Semi, even going as far as to “contact Peterbilt with the VIN number to make sure the part was compatible. He assured me this was the correct part and if not I could return it with no problem. It was Friday at about 5:30, we were in Atlanta and needed the part asap. So I asked could we pick it up the next day. He explained they were closed on Saturday but he’d come over and make sure we got the part. He even exchanged numbers with me. He assured me of all of the above. When I reached out to Tony on Saturday, he couldn’t be reached. We decided you travel to get the part anyway since we had just spent $2500 and needed it. Once we arrived still nothing. My boyfriend went next door and the guy next door called the owner. He had a key and went inside and got the part for us. We returned to MHC in Fort Mill, SC and they were going to program the part for us. They had it the entire day and eventually explained it was a faulty part and thoughtfully didn’t charge us a dime. They explained there was nothing they could do with it although it was supposedly a new part. Once I reached back out to Advance Truck Parts and explained to Tony, he states he doesn’t know if it could be returned. I reminded him of our conversation and he said he had to speak to the owner and he get back with me. He even stated he thought we did get a faulty part as well. Of course that never happened. My boyfriend goes to return the part and of course they still charged a restocking fee of $500. Then they wanted to question why didn’t he have anything from MHC, well because they didn’t charge us. And who in their right mind would spend that much money on more than one ECM as well as if it worked , we wouldn’t have returned it. We also took our old one to Circuit Board Medics and they didn’t charge us either because there was nothing they could do to our original part. The part we were sold was faulty, so you charge me a restock fee to do the same thing to the next person. The part should have never been for sale in the first place and no one else should get ripped off by this scam which I’m sure they have done before. This is first hand scamming at its finest. Do not spend your money here. This is an entire scam of “brand new” faulty parts. It’s definitely worth paying more and getting the right thing. BUYER BEWARE! Response: I’m glad you’re quick to respond here because you couldn’t be reached when it was time to talk on the phone or in person and honor what Tony stated to me. You are selling faulty parts and it’s a straight scam. You never offered another part or even the correct part. Not to mention, although we had to spend almost an additional $1800, MHC was able to replace the ECM. So again, I guess you pay for what you get.

I ordered a part on eBay that I wasn’t sure if it would fit my truck from advanced truck parts. They confirmed it was the right part and got it quickly shipped to my house.. thank you guys very much

I am ever thankful for the folks at Advanced Truck Parts in helping me locate a Genuine Allison TCM for my GM vehicle. Because of its age, GM has discontinued the TCM some time ago. It’s a blessing to find NOS parts from a reputable company, as well as having my vehicle back on the road. Prompt shipping made it possible. Keep up the good work ! Thank You for all that you do.
