TA Truck Service

Called in to see if I can get a DOT inspection on a trailer. Five hours was stated for the wait time, so I went inside stood in line for almost thirty minutes not one of the ladies looked up to acknowledge that I was there in line. No one is that busy where they can't look up and acknowledge the customer. Standing there inline waiting to be waited on. You could have at least said. I'll be with you in a second. Give me a few minutes. Or something. I will not give this truck stop one star. They deserve no stars. But I must say the gentleman at the fuel part of the desk. Acknowledge me by letting me know what line to get in for truck service.ta doesn't deserve a star ,very poor service

I stopped here for some gas, to use the restroom and buy a Diet Coke. The price was fair for gasoline, the restroom was nice and clean, and the price of the Coke was average. At the checkout, the cashier was very pleasant and we had a nice conversation. I would certainly stop back here again.

Place has a little bit of everything including a couple fast food restaurants. Good place to stop for a break while traveling

I only parked for the night. Easy to navigate lot. Still had plenty of spots after 5pm. Gentleman in the Trucker Chapel came to my truck to hand me a Daily Bread book and invite me to prayer and worship. Very kind of him.

Told me it would be 3 hours before they could get to me, fine no problem I waited, finally got my truck in door 3hours later ,sat in lounge 2hours Iater I go and get an update _ only for the rude lady at front desk to say oh they still have not started! WHATTT? why did you ask me to bring my truck in already then, waste of time. These technicians literally inside just talking. Lazy workers here. Shit all yall doing is changing a tire.. the truck service need better employees and fast!!!

Is this an Amazon drop lot or TA parking lot? There's plenty of paid parking spots open, but most of the free parking is taken up by Amazon Prime drop trailers.

First time in 2 years I've eaten fast food burgers .but I must say it's better than McDonald's any day of the week and don't get me started on Arby's for gods sake just the thought makes my stomach turn . If I had my druthers I'd pick Wendy's but they ain't on my route home .so that'll do pig that'll do 🤷

We stop here often between soccer games for lunch or snacks. The employees are always friendly and they keep there bathroom pretty clean.

It’s not as good as it was before BP took them over! Parking has been much less due to all the dropped AMAZON trailers. The shop help is less than desirable. The restaurant has also been changed to a “chain” restaurant and is not a favorite. It’s like they don’t care about the Truck driver anymore and want to cater to the everyday travelers! I’m not impressed by any of these across the country! Also the potholes in the parking lot are horrible!
