We had a leak in our new Forest River 42 View. Jarrod came out to replace the shower hoses leaking in between the shower and closet wall. Jarrod was professional and extremely friendly. He was able to get it fixed quickly and was very thorough in making sure everything was good before reinstalling the shower contraption. I highly recommend his service and will happily reach out to him for future work!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this business. I was scammed into paying more than my deductible, which was not only unethical but also illegal. They took advantage of my trust and misled me about the costs involved. I would strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere. Dishonest practices like these should not be tolerated, and I hope no one else falls victim to their scams. I had a very unsettling conversation with Jarrod in particular. He became sarcastic and irate with me after informing him I no longer wanted his services as I felt undermined and belittled. This level of unprofessionalism and aggression is unacceptable in a customer service role. Respect should always come first, and unfortunately, he failed in that regard.

Super grateful for the gentleman at Innovation. Had an issue with our RV over the weekend and he gave me some advice and tips over the phone at no charge. (And this was when they were closed) You can tell he wants to help people, and I'm thankful he took time out of his weekend for us.

I can’t say enough good things about Jared and his team. When our slide wouldn’t go back in he was quick to come help us out. He also got our golf cart ready for the season and suggested a water system for our batteries. Very professional and fast to come help us.

I had a tail light go out due to my negligence, and asked for help on the Yacht Trailor I had purchased from them. I got it. They could have sold me a new tail light, but actually helped me instead . Thank you!
