TA Truck Service

I had road call and in shop service with this TA in one day. I got lucky that mechanic Matt showed up to my truck. This mechanic is professional and very good person. He was on the phone with me for 24 hours, from 3 am to 1 am next day. He explained me the issues step by step and gave me options how we can fix it. Truck broke down are always something you don’t like, but with Matt I felt myself in a good hand. Thank again Matt for all your job, I wish all shops have so hardworking mechanic as you. Hope your overtime was paid off. This guy really deserves a raise or promotion. 🤝

Excellent and nice people in the office also mechanic is the best, one of the best mechanic in the country. I got ULT DELVAC 10w-30 Bottles. 😁😁😆 We love this shop and recommend for everyone in the truck industry.

They did not fix our problem, just for the checking they charged us $400. I do not recommend

They are charges double price for filters even the customer service was not great. Girl at the counter was very rude because we asked for the bill.

Dropped in for a midnight pit stop to get a drive tire changed out. All the night crew that I worked with were stellar. Put the work order request in through the TA app about 6 hrs before I got there. Half an hour before my arrival time I got a call from Brennan to see if I was still heading in. Confirmed and starting working up the details. Super great guy. Matt my tech was on point. Took the time to show me some used tires to see if my boss wanted to go that route. In the end we used a spare I was carrying with me. Super nice, young, friendly, professional, skilled... and adorable to boot. Michelle, I think I got the name right, was the service writer when I checked out. Another friendly, genuine and real person. Thanks night crew, keep it up!

Lose about 4 hour to make an alighment on a trailer, in the very end I don't get an alignment, and my wheels is scratched. You can buff it - it was the answer about all scratches on my 4 month wheels. Supervisor- we got a new equipment, and we don't now how to make an alighment with that.

I came to replace the slack adjuster on my trailer 53 dry van,I checked in on 03/25 at 10pm, they told me that there would be a mechanic on 03/26 at 5am, I got a call at 5am and parked in front of bay 2 at 5:30am, I entered the bay and was informed that they don't have a spare part and that I have to wait until 6am for the spare parts shop to open, at 6am they told me that they don't have any and that they can't do anything except take off the slack adjuster to take a look and order, since I didn't have time to wait I said I had to leave, THEY CHARGED ME $79.58 JUST BECAUSE I ENTERED THE BAY AND STAYED HALF AN HOUR EVEN THOUGH I TOLD THEM IMMEDIATELY WHAT I NEEDED TO REPLACE, THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DEFEATING.
