Take 5 Oil Change

Very friendly and knowledgeable crew and manager. Offered us bottles of water while we waited. He knew a lot more about the car then I did. They even offered to install windshield wiper blades if I brought them in with the car. I would definitely go again and I am planning to in 3000 miles for my next oil change.

Frank and his team are amazing! I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened. Never once have had an issue. Along with excellent customer service, their prices are reasonable!

Frank and his team weee great. They were all very knowledgeable of the maintenance schedule for my vehicle and didn’t try to sell things that weren’t needed yet like some other places do. They did a nice job, worked fast and even took time to joke around with my son . We actually had a good time getting an oil change lol.

I went to Take 5 and had a great experience! Brittany and Vinnie were very polite and very helpful. I would recommend this place. Take 5 has the best customer service. Mod wash does not care about their customers, but only their money.

Frank was so friendly and informative. I had my oil changed and my coolant flushed, at his suggestion. I’m so glad I did! The smell that I got when I turn on my heater is totally gone. I hadn’t thought of having that done before. Even having both done was really fast. The guys were very efficient. I’ll be back!

They were EXTREMELY kind. Caring. And very informative. I did not feel taken advantage of in ANY way, in fact the manager gave me a discount because I really needed a filter and I didn't have the extra funds- but he made it work. A+++++ for customer service! I will always go to them even if they're out of my way! Fast. Friendly. Efficient. 3 things that are rare these days! I'll add this is my 2nd visit, and upon first visit we were greeted w water and fruit chews for my daughter which was SO appreciated! Won me over on that visit- and btw, I didn't end up having an services that day either- and we still were treated as a paying customer- I had a light on my dash alert me and I was so afraid to drive and frank calmly explained it would be ok, joked and overall calmed me down. I cried on my way home from there that day because I was so appreciative for a kind caring knowledgeable human. So when I was ready for an oil change- I went back over that way to give em a try, and I just can't say enough good or positive things about frank and his team! Give em a try, and thank me later!

Decided to try this place since the one I used to go to changed it name and I heard a few bad reviews. I pulled up to the door and was greeted by Frank who handed me an ice cold bottle of water. He talked me through each step and was very polite. The other gentleman was Drew and he showed me all the filters and fluid levels. Both of these guys did an amazing job and I found my new oil change place in Austintown Ohio. Thank you very much.

When I pulled up to the facility in Austintown OH , there were 4 cars ahead of me. Within 2-3 minutes a nice young lady greeted me ( after greeting the other car in line ) with a smile and a bottle of water and explained wait time and which bay would be open next. Another 1-2 minutes she directed me to pull behind a car in a bay. Not long after I was able to drive into the bay and the employees greeted me with a brief explanation of wait time while I waited for them to finish up . All through the experience each employee explained everything , was professional , efficient , pleasant and courteous. It was a very pleasant experience and my family will continue to go to this location for future needs. Highly recommended!!!
