Guy in charge of selling these units knows nothing about them. Ordered me the wrong fuel suction tube, when both my coolant heater and bunk heater quit they said stop in and we will hook the computer up to them. Guy that came out to do it didn't know anything about the newer units and just wasted about 2 hrs of my life. Tried to make an appointment to drop the truck off to get them working but they wouldn't make an appointment because it was gonna snow and the shop might be full (paying customers not warrenty work on a bunk heater basically) told me they would work it in when I got it there last Wednesday, picked the truck up Saturday at 1pm and it hadn't been looked at yet. Stay away. Northern mobile electric in canton sells them, they know the product and were great to work with today to get the problems solved

Terrible experience specifically with the Service Department. The service manager was extremely disrespectful and was not willing to help provide any product or installation assistance with a Espar Heater we purchased from his company. He would not even allow us to even ask a single question about the product. I do not recommend purchasing from this company. Extremely poor experience.
