We had the unfortunate circumstance of having the water pump go out on my truck while headed to Tennessee. Thanks god it happened before Black Mountain and that we were able to get off the interstate. We called T and D and within an hour they were there and had my truck headed back home for what I consider a fair price. To the person I spoke with on the phone to the driver they were both nice to speak with. All of this happened on a Sunday and am very happy they were available to help. Would highly recommend them.

Great place if you only want your vehicle towed part way to your original destination! Left my vehicle on a neighboring property because driver refused to drive up a huge very well maintained gravel driveway due to a light dusting of snow literally barely sticking (only on gravel) less than 1/8 inch dry snow ! Then driver tried lying that insurance wouldn’t cover a tow truck doing towing job due to inclement weather because he realized how ridiculous he sounded lol 2wd vehicle I drove up didn’t even slip just lazy and wanted to unload in huge parking lot. low budget crooks working here boys take your business elsewhere if you value your dollar and fair work Edit: to the hilarious lies in their cover up response . Drivers were told they would receive bad review because their reasoning was ridiculous, why would I call in to complain to the same people I just told I was going to leave a review? I could clearly recognize the 2nd drivers voice, no the public needs to know about your shenanigans so you get told here along with everyone else. So hopefully they can make better informed decisions when choosing a tow company.Getting tons of calls yet I thought you were on your way home directly after the job you couldn’t complete for me lol this took place when the snow was barely falling, people are slipping and wrecking because like your driver they can NOT drive again they were on the highways where I had to have my vehicle towed from a mechanical issue not bad weather ! Also learn to read no one said HUGE hill except you it’s a HUGE driveway meant for heavy equipment!Saturn never spun just had to back back down driveway to get keys you left inside my vehicle instead of handing them to me lol funny “the office who responded “ knew model only driver would know lol good reviews like bad one have to be earned take accountability for not completing your jobs instead of trying to flex how much your crappy bald tired rollback that’s still owned by a bank cost! No one cares how much it cost again that’s why you have insurance like every other service business in America stick to doing the service instead of trying to make excuses to well informed customers take your review like a man you deserve it you knew it was coming you had the chance to do the right thing when I told you how ridiculous you were acting but you decided it wasn’t worth the risk to you ( 0% risk at that moment considering the GRAVEL driveway wasn’t and still isint slick) but you decided to take the money and do half the job so take your review and stand by your idiotic decision stop with the lies and excuses

We got a flat tire while hauling hurricane Helene relief supplies to Marion, Tory came out and got us loaded up and to a tire shop quickly. He went above and beyond to take care of us and we truly appreciate him!!

We can’t say enough about T & D Towing today. My husband and I were traveling from Florida in North Carolina when we experienced car trouble. We got off I40 and the truck became disabled on an off ramp. Very dangerous situation. T and D came within 10 mins. Because of the nature of the trouble it became difficult to get it on to the big tow truck. Immediately another driver with T & D came to help (John and Tory) and together they got our truck on the tow truck and to the local Chevrolet dealer. A stressful situation where John and Tory helped ease the painful situation. Professional company that went over and above!!
