After shopping around and talking to a few other dealers, I found a Jeep Cherokee I loved at a great price. They were great to work with and didn’t try pushing warranties and all the other stuff that dealerships do.

I must say they been working on my car for a while, got the car running, no issues also been giving tune up cause is on that milage that need replace of parts with them and I can say as a customer they being offering a excellent service. So I give them 5/5

Garbage. Been relying on them for a few years and never got the results I have paid top dollar for. I went to my old mechanic, and he fixed everything that BRA messed up on and said that they have "completed". I now drive 1.2 hours to a reliable mechanic outside of Charlotte in order to fix my cars issues. I'll take my business elsewhere. Makes no difference to me.

Didn’t want to do this since I feel like they are good people but they charged me over $200 to fix a sunroof leak and it was actually worse afterwards. They didn’t even try to correct the problem or seem to want to fix it: it would be two weeks before they could look at it and definitely no chance of you getting back home if you don’t have anyone to pick you up 😂😂

Was looking for someone to replace a timing belt in my Honda. These guys were one of the few shops that would touch it and did it in one day very professional and helpful. Went back yesterday because my cars alternator died and they took my car and fixed it the very next day. With was very important to me because the vehicle is my only transportation. 100 percent recommend. Only place in Marion NC i will be taking my car to. Honest people.

First time I ever walked into this place . Drove by , saw a truck I was interested in . Short story , I knew my budget / saw the price of the truck / we talked it over . The truck is in my driveway . The entire staff was friendly and fun to talk with .And , I have found a great place to do automobile business . You should give it a try !

Went there a few weeks back for throttle body replacement, they were nice, reasonably priced, and had my car ready within 2 hrs, only issue was their parking lot was so full it was hard getting in and out, but I will be going back for future car trouble
