I had to get brakes on my car. He was able to fit me in the next day after I contacted him. They are very professional. Got the job done quickly. At a reasonable fair price. I will definitely come back. And I would definitely recommend checking these guys out.

Looking for quality with honest work done on your tires... Swans Tire House Inc is the place for you!!! I was traveling 6hrs from out of town into Asheville. I had an emergency and the owner was quick to order new tires for a great price, super quick and great quality work. While I waited I was offered to self serve coffee and free wifi. On top of the great service, the owner was very honest about one tire still being in great shape and suggested I keep it for other emergency needs. I couldn’t be more thankful!! Thank you so much for making my experience a great and safe one.

This is a quality shop that really knows their stuff. I had a strange vibration that I took to two other tire shops last week. After paying for those other shops to do balancing, they came back and said everything was perfect. But I knew something still was not right despite what I was told… So then, I found this place after looking around on Google Maps for a while — and noticed their reviews were nothing but 5 stars. I wanted to see why. I presented them with the same issue the other two tire shops didn’t seem to fix, and within 5 minutes they already found the culprit — a bent rim. After going over options to fix it, I agreed and felt the price was absolutely reasonable. I was out in less than an hour. Not only that, they even went for a quick test drive to make sure everything was great. The car rides as smooth as butter now. Their service was so astonishingly good that I’m actually mad at myself for not finding out about them sooner. Needless to say, this will be my go-to shop of choice for any future needs from now on. For anyone that might be skeptical of trying them out, I promise you you’ll have a great time. Whatever the issue may be, they can fix it in the most affordable, professional, and friendly way possible. You really feel like they care about you here.

If you should ever be tempted to give Vasiliy and his staff any rating less than 5 stars, I urge you to reconsider and ask yourself what exactly your unattainable standards may be. My wife and I have had Swan's (NOT Swann) tire shop perform all sorts of work on our cars and have Always loved the openness, efficiency and reasonable prices practiced there. Very honest, straightforward and most pleasant, explains very clearly what the issue might be, and how they propose to fix it. Thank you, Vasiliy and your staff!
