Nate (the new owner) is awesome and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions with no hesitation and I didn't feel like I was getting "the woman treatment" like I've gotten from other shops. *My new shop for all repairs.

Have always used them growing up . Had a custom needing his 1930 model a pickup radiator repaired turned out new again .excellent service and work.

These guys destroyed my car, installed the incorrect part, because the "master mechanic" DOES NOT know how to discern an OEM part from the incorrect part. However, installed the wrong water pump anyways... Then had the audacity to tell me it was my fault for not ordering the correct part. All they had to do is tell me it was the wrong one and I would have ordered another and returned the incorrect one... Nope, installed it anyways, blew it up destroyed the t-belt and made me pay for everything even the parts they destroyed, which they should have never installed. Not to mention my car is done for, all around piss poor experience. Don't go somewhere just to save a couple extra bucks, trust me it could cost you a lot more. Update Sutherland's did this, not the new owner. Just to clarify hope you guys do better by ppl.

I've finally found a trustworthy mechanic. I had an electronic 4x4 issue that the last mechanic worked on for 6 months and couldn't figure it out. Sutherland's had it fixed the same day I dropped it off. They are very friendly and knowledgeable guys. I would highly reccomend their services.

I highly recommend Sutherlands! I have been there many times over the years, as has my family, and Tim is the one I trust most with my vehicles. Honesty regarding your car is a rare thing but I know I can go to Sutherland's and trust in what he says. It is appreciated GREATLY.
