This place is out to screw people and get more money from them i took a car in a few months ago that I had already done spark plugs on and coil packs but car started to misfire again so I'm thinking fuel injectors which i don't have the time to replace so I take it to them pay them 100 to run diagnostics on it which was fine the next day they called me twice and I didn't answer because I was asleep for work as I work second shift so I call them when I get up they have taken it upon themselves to change my spark plugs that fouled out (when I could have done it) and continued to charge me over $300 when I could have done it myself for about 75 they never asked to put on those parts or had it approved thru me nor my wife this was months ago and I just let it go so now here we are this week my parents timing chain has went out on their car and they quoted them 2000 dollars to replace the timing chain because the "camshafts" also need replaced because they are known to go bad in these cars so my parents decided to ask their mechanic who is very very experienced and runs his own shop he said wtf are they talking about the camshaft dont need replaced just because your timing chain goes out and is also going to do the work for roughly 800 I personally nor anyone in my family will ever be back at cheadles and i will never recommend anyone go their they use their knowledge to their advantage and try to tell you other stuff is wrong when it's not so they can make a few extra bucks so as I say again unless you can identify their bullshit and know about cars do not go here

These guys are awesome! We were driving from Indiana to West Virginia when the radiator sprung a leak and the vehicle started to overheat. We went to 3 garages before someone could get us in. Cheadles automotive staff were so helpful and friendly! They were already overbooked and still got the part ordered, delivered, and repaired the vehicle. We were back on the road in no time. I can’t thank them enough!

This is a photo of one of the brake pads that Tansky/Kevins Service in Logan called "half life" when they sent me on my way. They claimed the only grinding I could be hearing must be coming from my EXHAUST (lol). Thank God I came across Cheadles Automotive when searching for a second opinion. These guys had my car fixed and ready for pickup within hours of me dropping it off, and even helped me explore a few other concerns I had about the vehicle. Turns out my brake pads were not at "half life" and in fact were ready to FALL OUT as apparently one of them actually did ! If you are in the Chillicothe region and need work done on a vehicle, go HERE! These guys are life savers (literally). Pricing is reasonable and service is top tier. Brandon and his crew will be performing all my vehicle's maintenance and repairs from now on :-)
