I had a bad break pads and rotors, Chris and his team did a great job fixing everything within few hours and charging reasonable price for a SOLID JOB on a holiday ? Excellent service. I never feel overcharged. They always call with updates and costs with diagnostics before they start. Each time the prices were very reasonable and even less expensive than I was preparing for. This is my permanent auto shop. They’ve worked on my son’s 1978 Ford F150 as well as my 2003 Dodge Ram.

This place was recommended to me for an oil change. I went by there Fri.June 28th & spoke with Chris the owner . I was quoted a price on an oil change ( I provided my own oil, & filter ) so I was pleased with the price ..He seemed like a straight up guy so we agreed on Mon. July 2nd for my oil change . I arrived @ 9 am ..I drive a 2012 Camaro so I'm sure the tech has done an oil change before mine ..okay so my wiring harness cover is missing so one if the wires got inside the cap where oil filter goes..so the wire was broken due to him not paying attention..How do you not see that the wire is there ? So I paid & left. On the 4th I noticed I had no oil pressure..No oil on the ground , no unusual noise, just weird ..I couldnt take my Camaro back over there the shop was closed til Monday..Saturday my brother was under the hood , & he saw it right away ..the tech broke my wire ..see pics..So took it back Monday & showed to Chris he never offered a apology..Just said this kinda stuff can happen ..REALLY ? NO ! You trust a garage to solve/repair/fix not to break your parts..he said well you did get a cheap oil change ..Never again will I use this place ..had the tech been paying attention this would not have happened..

If you need your car fixed and need to take it to someone you can trust, I highly recommend going to Superior Auto. Friendly and helpful staff. Chris treats you like family. It's the only place we take our cars .

I took my 2016 Nissan Frontier for repairs at this shop and was pleasantly happy to say that I had the best experience. Both with the repairs and how the technician assisted me at the front desk. He was kind and listened carefully to when I was explaining what was happening with my truck. He took notes and I handed over my keys. The next day I got the call, and good news he said. He found the issue and did the repairs. He explained the problem and what was fixed. I walked away a very happy customer. He charged me only for what parts they needed to replace, and labor. He didn't try to upsell me anything. I highly recommend this company for quality services and knowledgeable personnel. If you're looking for a good Automotive repair shop, this is the one to have your vehicle repaired. You will be a happy camper!
