I scheduled my 2021 Blazer for service. The website for scheduling the service was very easy to use. I got checked in quickly. The waiting area is nice and clean with enough seating for people waiting. I needed an inspection, an oil change and a tire rotation. I was in and out in less than an hour. Very happy with the service

Sunshine Chevrolet was a pleasure to work with during the purchase process of my new truck. Positive attitudes and professionalism across the board. I traveled 50 miles to go to Sunshine after I zero willingness from a local dealership near me to come down off sticker. Additionally, the staff at Sunshine found a blemish on the bumper of my new truck before handing me the keys. They offered to replace the bumper and they honored their promise. I recommend to give them a chance if you are looking to purchase a new Chevrolet. Edit: Martin was an excellent sales rep and has been super and has communicated very well.

Never thought I'd find my F-150 at a Chevy dealer! After Hurricane Helene dropped a tree on my truck, I really just wanted something similar as a replacement. After much web searching, the best deal with the features I need was at Sunshine Chevrolet, and as a blessing, it had some wonderful additional features. The staff took great care of us and gave me no grief for being a Ford guy. They even had a staff member who lived relatively close to me in upstate SC to personally drive the truck back to their shop later for one lingering issue (noted at time of sale) and then return it to me (with an extra cleaning and a topped-off gas tank) afterward, once finished. Sunshine Chevrolet never disappoints!! Everyone there is exceptionally nice and professional! They are very helpful and accommodating! I went in for maintenance and oil change done on my car without an appointment and they took it right back! I won’t trust anyone but Sunshine for my car’s needs!

Routine 67,000 mile check for 2017 2500HD truck plus minor additional requests as well. Neal handled my visit. He answered all my questions and advised regarding repair of some minor items. Neal communicated everything clearly. He was polite and professional as well. I visit Sunshine Chevrolet once or twice a year for minor items and it gives me a chance to catch-up on the new pickups they have on the lot. Who knows, right? Thank you, Sunshine Chevrolet. Christian was very patient and accommodating with me and my little family. Since my husband and I don't have family nearby to babysit our boys we had to take them. Fortunately there is a kids area where they can play with a busy box, read books, or watch TV. The process of buying our new car was easy and painless. They made sure we got the best price possible for what we were looking for. And didn't push if we weren't interested in something. We are so happy with our new car, thankyou!

The only reason I am giving them one star is because the GM, Brandon, did actually talk to me a couple times and acted like he was going to help with the situation; otherwise I would give them 0 stars. They sold me a junk car with transmission and engine issues at way way way over market value, and then refused to fix the issue, even with the warranty, after I brought it in. They continued to ignore my calls and push off fixing it until the warranty was up. I would tell anyone that deals with Sunshine Chevrolet and ESPECIALLY their service department to turn and run. Go buy from a random used car salesman before dealing with them.

I recently had my 2024 Chevy Trax's oil changed at Sunshine Chevy. I live 50 miles away, but prefer to have the work done at Sunshine because Neal is always friendly and professional. He let's me know when my car is ready, unlike other places where I have to call them. Its worth the drive knowing I can rely on him.
