We found a car online and drove over an hour from Iowa to look at it in Winona. We never know what we will walk into going to a dealership we have not been to before; My husband had called and spoke with Joe to make sure they had the car, when we walked in Joe greeted us by name and with a smile. This guy was AMAZING!!! When we sat down to talk it was so relaxed and friendly, like visiting with a friend. No high pressure, only honesty! We bought the car and needed to sign with Jim, we were nervous it would be pressure to "add-on" to our purchase. It wasn't! He too was friendly and low pressure! Jim was very efficient with the paperwork and had us down the road quickly. When we are in the market for another vehicle, we will look at Sugar Loaf Ford first!! Joe and everyone were very friendly and accommodating to us. It was a quite stress free and satisfying transactional experience trading our vehicle for the one we had found online in their inventory.
