Technician was wonderful. He explained the process and how long it would take. He called me when it was ready (about an hour and a half later which was exactly when he said it would be). When I returned to pick it up, he explained that I shouldn’t wash the car for a couple of days (it was a very cold winter day). I have had zero issues. A very straightforward and easy process from calling insurance to scheduling the appointment (the lady was awesome), to having it fixed! A great company!
