Excellent customer service. I was going to do this over the phone, but had time and visited in person. Warm friendly greeting and assistance in getting my vehicle from tow company and to their shop. Vehicle appraisal went total loss and they assisted with dealing with insurance company. I have to say thanks to WPD for the help for my daughters, and Nick for a good referral to take the vehicle. Justin has been nothing but fantastic to work with; he stayed a few minutes after closing time to help me since I am 2 hours away from the shop. I didn’t have to come in the next day and make the drive for a 5 minute walk around! I greatly appreciate that! Everyone on the team has helped me right from the start. Angela at the front desk a friendly/helpful voice on the phone with me while still in shock from hitting the deer! They do wonderful work and they will treat you right through out the whole process! Thank you!!

I couldn’t get my car in earlier than the week we had to move out of state. The car was done a day earlier than I expected and I was super stressed that it wouldn’t be and I would be stuck finding a hotel for a night with 4 dogs. Dan Schimanski was wonderful and kept me updated and I was extremely happy with the service there

Everything about this place is AMAZING. The customer service is the best I’ve ever seen. They were extremely helpful and great with communication at the front desk in so many ways!! They also fixed my car in one hour, way faster than I excepted! Overall everyone did an incredible job, and I highly recommend this auto shop to everyone!!!

They were so prompt with my estimate and then provided it to my insurance. I received my car in wonderful condition and a lot cleaner than I left it. Dan kept me in the loop the whole time and the project was done on the day he predicted too. Great service here and no complaints.
