O'Reilly members had just told me to go to a shop and sent me on my way. I googled AutoZone, and headed there. My light went out on my driver side and the snow was coming down heavily. The two workers helped me get everything needed, even answered some questions as well as explained it out to me. Thank you!!! I forgot both name I'm so sorry, off the receipt is Luis Acosta. College daughter had a brake light come on in her older car. Cody worked with her to help her better understand her emergency brake and helped her to fill her brake reservoir up, eliminating the light. Nice to know that there are people out there to help your kids out while they are gone at college when you can't be there.

We are from New York State and were driving through Winona, MN in August 2024. We got the "check engine" light on and stopped at your place for a test. Luis was extremely nice, kind, jovial, polite, and helpful. He did the test, he gave us valuable advice and, with his optimistic approach, he made our visit at Auto Zone - Winona, MN a positive experience. Keep on doing the good job Luis! We will always remember you!

Went into this store, too look around & noticed how cold it was in this store. I know Minnesota state laws are 65 degrees in a workplace. It was at least 60 or below in this store. Which is not too appreciated with having 2 kids. I’m going to contact corporate about the regulations of the temperature. Mike & Alex were very helpful & friendly! You could tell they knew exactly what they are doing & knowledgeable on any questions I had. I know who & where I will be going for the rest of my vechiles parts. Excellent communication & customer service experience! They deserve a bonus & that’s an understatement of what they knew & were willing to help me with. It’s nice having such great customer service when going into a store, as not many places are that way! Those two clearly have a very strong work ethic & care about their customers!! Thank you to those two guys! They were awesome!!!!

Went to get my battery because I got a call is ready to pick up. When I got in, the part manager and their red shirt were busy so I went near the battery station counter to locate my battery and got told to hold up. Few mins later when the manager got done with his customer, he told me to come here and I went. Yelled at me to never go behind the pod computer without permission (was near the battery testing area, not even near the front). He also told me not to talk to him because I wasn't the one buying a light because I happened to bump into a friend in the store who was in need finding a bulb but didn't know much English. The manager happened to bring up the 194bulb which he said it was the right bulb and all I asked was how he know if that was the right bulb from looking at the one my friend had and not the 193 one because both watts are different. As I kept talking, their manager asked me if I was his attorney and not allow to talk to him, yelling at me to let my friend speak and when my friend asked "Which watts was the right one?" He replied, he couldn't tell infront of him because I was still by my friends side. I told my friend to not have him yell at us anymore and buy the 194bulb and get a receipt incase this happened to the wrong bulb. How unprofessional, yelling at me for helping my friend find the right bulb, not letting me speak of my broken English speaking friend. Super rude and mean. How did he even end up being a parts sale manager!?

Disappointing and Unwelcoming Experience I visited this auto parts store today, hoping to check out their selection while waiting for my turn at the counter. Since it was busy, I decided to look around. At one point, I unknowingly stepped past an unmarked boundary, unaware that customers weren’t allowed beyond that area. Instead of a polite correction, the employee at the counter immediately shouted at me in an aggressive and insulting manner. I apologized and explained that I hadn’t realized it was off-limits. I also mentioned that I had called the day before to inquire about getting my car checked for a "check fuel" light issue. However, the employee showed no interest in helping me and, based on his behavior, seemed to assume I was there with bad intentions. His dismissive and rude attitude made it clear that I was unwelcome, and I left feeling disrespected. No customer should be treated this way. I cannot recommend this store to anyone looking for fair and respectful service, especially those who expect to be treated with basic courtesy and professionalism.

I had the best experience today at Autozone in Winona. The parts manager, Luis went above and beyond to help me with a bunch issues with my side mirror and even helped me get it out back on. I was stressed when I came in but he was very helpful the entire time. I can’t say enough good things about him and his willingness to go above and beyond for customers. I Would recommend a stop in here any time you are in need of parts/tools! Thank you again Luis!

This store is great and I highly recommend them over every parts store in town! I bought a starter for a truck through oriellys, installed it and even with the signal wire unhooked the starter ran constantly anytime I hooked the battery up, when I went to oriellys with the video proving it, they told me the starter tested good twice, and I would have to pay $65 more for the only other starter they had in stock, I got my money back and went to autozone, got the new starter cheaper than the original from oriellys and they tested in front on me unlike oriellys, went home installed it and sure enough everything works great. Kevin and Louie were so awesome and helpful and even agreed it was crazy for oriellys to try to upcharge me over their defective part. I even called autozone backed to let them know everything’s working great, again I can’t express this enough, these two were amazing and definitely my go to parts store now!
